One of the most recognized and historic cooperatives has entrusted R4S to define the Sustainability Strategy for the coming years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through sessions with the different teams, we have had the pleasure of deeply understanding the operation of the CAD\u00cd Cooperative, from the process of collecting local milk, the production process, to the marketing of its products (including the emblematic CAD\u00cd DOP butter).

This first part of the project has allowed us to identify the strengths and areas for improvement of the organization, as well as the key elements to make CAD\u00cd a more sustainable and resilient cooperative in the long term.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

In the second part of the project, we have landed the commitments and strategic objectives, as well as the actions that reinforce CAD\u00cd’s commitment to sustainability and improve its value proposition in the market.

The strategy has been designed through a participatory and co-creation methodology, to ensure that all proposed actions are viable, effective, and aligned with the organization’s purpose: “Bringing life to our land”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
