Due to two key factors — regulatory pressure and the requirements of large corporate clients — we are seeing the role of procurement teams in achieving strategic objectives become increasingly critical. These clients cascade their expectations around traceability, emissions reduction and codes of conduct throughout the value chain. In this context, making procurement a strategic function involves creating value chains that are more competitive, inclusive and environmentally responsible.

To achieve this, we translate corporate objectives into operational criteria for evaluating, qualifying, contracting and monitoring suppliers. Rather than proposing solutions that add an extra layer of complexity, we integrate tools into the procurement team’s actual processes, enabling a natural evolution of existing operations. ESG Risk 360º

We identify and prioritise the most critical environmental, social and governance (ESG) risks across the value chain, translating them into a clear, actionable plan. This gives the organisation real visibility of its vulnerabilities, robust procurement and due diligence criteria, and a strategic foundation for reducing regulatory and operational exposure through more informed decision-making. The conclusions of the risk mapping directly inform the transformation of the management model, strengthening supplier relationships and reinforcing supply security with sustainability as a key driver.

ESG Procurement Data Intelligence

We integrate ESG criteria into procurement systems and processes. We assess suppliers, design procurement workflows and use leading assessment tools to transform dispersed data into dashboards, KPIs and evaluation models that support day-to-day decision-making. Taking into account business criticality and complexity, we design phased solutions that prioritise digitalisation and operational efficiency. Human Rights Due Dilligence

We facilitate the respect and promotion of human and labour rights across the company’s operations and value chain through processes that align with recognised international standards (UNGPs, OECD and B Corp) and emerging regulatory frameworks. We design due diligence systems that leverage economies of scale and align with other ongoing strategic processes to avoid duplication and optimise resources. Our approach remains closely connected to the business, ensuring that regulatory compliance is an integrated practice, not an isolated burden. We identify real risks, prioritise them based on criticality, establish viable action plans and build monitoring mechanisms that protect people while strengthening the company’s reputation and resilience.

Decarbonisation

We calculate the carbon footprint, including Scope 3, and identify the main emission hotspots. We then define a realistic reduction roadmap, supported by a monitoring system. We design reduction strategies that are embedded in decision-making processes and connect carbon management with sourcing and supplier management — particularly with regard to Scope 3, where a significant proportion of the impact is concentrated. The company can then advance with a realistic, business-aligned decarbonisation plan, gaining climate visibility, strategic emissions reduction, regulatory preparedness and operational efficiency opportunities.

Inclusive circularity

We facilitate access to recycled materials that meet positive social impact criteria, ensuring quality and stable supply. We particularly work with recycled PET sourced from processes that integrate labour inclusion and social justice, connecting companies with recycling value chains that create opportunities for disadvantaged people. This approach makes circularity a dual lever: it reduces the business’s environmental footprint while contributing to social cohesion and inclusive economic development. It is a distinctive solution that enables companies to advance simultaneously towards their environmental and social sustainability goals with rigour, traceability, and security of supply.
