Structuring, definition and setting-out of a sustainability strategy and corporate purpose by means of: first, the support and analysis in the process of assessing progress towards sustainability using the B Impact Assessment (BIA) and SDG Action Manager tools, and the setting-out of an operational and strategic plan of action to enhance and improve the company’s social and environmental performance; and, second, helping the company’s executive and management teams to develop, articulate and activate the organisation’s purpose and strategic areas for action (commitments and goals), including the establishment of the internal sustainability culture.
