Regulations and reporting
We offer support to organisations in interpreting and complying with current and developing sustainability regulations.
To this end, we carry out a strict monitoring of new legislative developments in sustainability (regulatory map) to identify improvement areas (customised GAP Analysis) and define a roadmap to adapt to new regulatory requirements.
We offer advice, support and services tailored to the needs of each company for the implementation – throughout its supply chain – of the human rights and environmental obligations set out in the new (EU) Sustainability Due Diligence Directive for Companies.
We offer advice to help organisations adapt to regulatory requirements that promote sustainable finance of the “European Taxonomy”.
We guide organisations in the definition and computation of the indicators required by the Taxonomy, as well as in the incorporation of the established environmental and social aspects (current and developing) in the corporate narrative and in strategic decisions.
We guide organisations in the integration of standardised reporting and disclosure requirements of the Non-Finance Reporting Directive (NFRD), Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
