B Corp + Development and implementation of the sustainability strategy

Client: Ferrer

First, help with attaining the B Corp certificate through support and analysis in the process of assessing progress towards sustainability using the B Impact Assessment (BIA) and SDG Action Manager tools, and the setting-out of an operational and strategic plan of action to enhance and improve the company’s social and environmental performance.

Second, support with implementing the operational and strategic plan of action, by means of putting into action the planned initiatives for improving the company’s social and environmental performance. Lastly, setting-out of the sustainability strategy 2022-2025 and help with implementing it by means of drawing up a materiality analysis, a value chain sustainability risks map and mitigation strategy, and the content of the corporate strategy’s social pillar.
