B Corp + Development and implementation of the sustainability strategy

Client: Grupo Consorcio

First, help with attaining the B Corp (certification and recertification) through support and analysis in the process of assessing progress towards sustainability using the B Impact Assessment (BIA) and SDG Action Manager tools, and the setting-out of an operational and strategic plan of action to enhance and improve the company’s social and environmental performance.

Second, support with implementing the operational and strategic plan of action, by means of putting into action the planned initiatives for improving the company’s social and environmental performance. Lastly, setting-out of a sustainability strategy and help with implementing it by means of drawing up a materiality analysis; of structuring and producing the integrated report; of providing the executive and management teams with training on the internal culture of sustainability; and of supporting the design and implementation of the group’s flagship project.
