At the end of 2023, we had the pleasure to start accompanying Lluch Essence in the definition of its Sustainability Strategy 2030.
Through different aspects of analysis, we have identified new opportunities that will guide Lluch Essence’s path towards sustainability. In the first instance, through several working sessions with various teams of the company, we worked on an ESG diagnosis, in which we carried out a SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) taking into account Lluch Essence’s business and governance model, its operational practices and processes, and the ambition to improve and contribute to a positive impact on society and the environment.
With this starting point, we were able to determine the company’s preliminary maturity level in sustainability. Then, thanks to an analysis of market trends (Benchmark) and consultation with Lluch Essence ‘s main stakeholders (Materiality Analysis), we were able to better understand the role of sustainability in the sector and Lluch Essence’s current relationship with its stakeholders.
These perspectives helped us to extract a comparative analysis and a materiality matrix that nourished the strategic reflection of Lluch Essence, in order to identify the different areas of opportunity for the company.
Finally, we framed all this analysis in the context of current European sustainability legislation, to ensure that the company complies with current regulatory requirements and that it will be prepared to face new future obligations.
Thanks to all this, we have come up with a clear Sustainability Strategy for the next years, with the definition of measurable objectives and key actions to achieve them, incorporating the elements that support Lluch Essence’s value proposition. In this way, a robust base has been defined to build the strategic positioning and integrate sustainability into the corporate culture, with the aim of driving positive change in the organisation.
